(11am-1pm. Meet at 10.50am at Dominion Theatre, 268-9 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AQ (Take Exit 2 from underground station)) - Leader: Bridget Daly
This walk conjures up the sights, sounds and smells of the bawdy, noisy, poverty-stricken area of eighteenth-century London depicted by William Hogarth in his Modern Moral Subject engravings, taking us from Tottenham Court Road, through St Giles, Seven Dials, Covent Garden and ending at the Sir John Soane Museum, examining his engravings in the places he depicted.
